Vet Tix resource added to Veterans page

We have just added a new resource to our Veterans page linked in the header. Vet Tix provides tickets for veterans and families to attend events.

I view Vet Tix’s Mission as aligned with the Mission of Operation Strong Mind. At OSM, members of our organization are dedicated to do everything we can to increase social connection for members of our military community. Meaningful, sustained, social connection is one of the things we lose when we get out of the military.

According to their website, part of the Vet Tix mission is to:

“Vet Tix provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. We support our troops by honoring their service and providing positive family and life experiences, during and after their years of service to our country.”
